No prior cooking experience is needed — this class is suitable for beginners, food lovers, couples, solo travelers, and groups of friends.

You’ll start by preparing Lumpia, the famous Filipino spring rolls, learning how to season the filling, roll them properly, and fry them to golden perfection. Next, discover Kinilaw, the Filipino-style ceviche, made with fresh fish cured in vinegar and citrus, mixed with aromatics for a refreshing and flavorful dish. Finally, you’ll cook Bicol Express, a rich and spicy coconut milk stew with chilies, showcasing the bold flavors of the Bicol region.

Throughout the class, your host will share insights into Filipino food culture, cooking techniques, and the stories behind each dish. After cooking, sit down together to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, making this experience both educational and social.  With a maximum of 8 participants, this cooking class offers a relaxed, personal atmosphere where you can ask questions, learn at your own pace, and truly connect with local cuisine.
