No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour (last-minute cancellations).
Cancellations made within 3 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% deduction of the total tour cost.
If tour changes result in a higher cost, additional charges will apply based on the new computation.
Full refund will be given if the Coast Guard or LGU Tourism denies sailing permits due to severe weather.
Full refund applies if there is a lockdown in your area or if the LGU prohibits entry to Siargao Island.
Full refund applies if cancellation is made more than 3 days before the tour or arrival date.
If flights or ferry trips are cancelled due to severe weather, you may reschedule your tour anytime during the year without extra charges.
If a group member cannot join the tour and you fail to inform us at least 3 days before arrival, that person will be charged the full tour price.
The remaining balance should be paid during the meet-up with your assigned tour guide on the day of the tour, either at airport pick-up or the tour’s starting point.
