What's included?

    1. Vegetable or Meat Lumpia (Spring Roll), Back then Chinese was present in the Philippines before Spanish time and we adopted some Chinese dishes and came up with our Filipino flavor.

    2. Chicken Adobo, a quintessential Filipino braised chicken, marinated and stewed with vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, bay leaves, and black peppercorns.

    3. Pinakbet ( Mix-Mix Vegetable Dish), Pinakbet is made with a variety of mixed vegetables flavored with coconut milk & choice of shrimp, pork, or chicken.

    4. Fish In Vinegar Sauce (Inun-Onan,Bisaya), A notable Visayan version of the fish dish spiced primarily with ginger, as well as onions, shallots, pepper, salt, and sometimes green chilis.

    5. Fresh Halo Halo in Coconut , Fresh Fruits mixed inside coconut, topped with a choice of ice cream.
