        • Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather or sea conditions.
        • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early at the meeting point (Pops District, Corong-corong, El Nido).
        • Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
        • Bring swimwear, towel, sunscreen, and a waterproof bag for personal items.
        • Life jackets and safety briefing are provided.
        • Children must be with a paying adult.
