        • Participants must guarantee that they don’t have any medical conditions such as hypertension, heart problems, or any dangerous medical conditions unless recommended by a licensed physician
        • Kindly check if your accommodation is within the pickup and drop-off coverage area, which includes General Luna Proper. The coverage extends from Catangnan (Catangnan Bridge) to Poblacion 1 (Incognito Siargao). Additionally, in certain areas with difficult road conditions, local drivers may impose extra charges for pickup and drop-off services. These fees are not set by the tour operator and must be paid directly to the driver. The tour operator will contact you one day before the tour date to confirm your location and any applicable charges.
        • Upon arrival, participants will sign the waiver and proceed directly to their assigned boat
        • Pickup Details: All pickups, whether for shared or private tours, will be done via tricycle, as the General Luna port is located nearby. Please be ready at your accommodation at the confirmed pickup time. (Tricycles are the only transport option we use for pickups. If you or anyone in your group has a larger build and may need extra space for comfort, please inform us ahead of time. This allows us to coordinate properly with our drivers, who are assigned the day before, and avoid any inconvenience during pickup)
