        • The operator will send you the guide's details on the day before the tour so you may identify them at the meeting location.         • Joiner guests are in no position to decide on their desired pickup time. Sequence of pickups are based on mapping of all guest’s locations. Guests must allow lead time as the pickup time varies daily as influenced by low tide schedules, influx of tourists and tour supply limitations.
        • Tour procedure starts with pickup of guests of all joiners. Operator will advise final details a day prior to tour schedule. Guests must contact the tour guide assigned immediately after receipt of the tour reminders so they will be connected.
        • After pickup, guests will proceed at the tour station for attendance checking, guest registrations and tour waiver completion.
        • Tour Permits will be processed and departure will follow once everything is completed. Guests may grab breakfast or light snacks at the station while waiting for tour clearances.
        • Approval of reschedules and modifications are subject to availability. Re-schedule requests are only allowed 2-days prior to actual tour participation dates.
        • In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule.
        • On the actual day, should the tour not push through as mandated by the local tourism due to varied external factors such as weather, force majeur, and pandemic incidentals, guests are allowed to re-schedule. If re-scheduling is not an option due to travel date limitations of the guests, partial refund will be processed with a Php399 service charge deduction as all bookings are non-refundable by policy.
        • If guests book at least 2 joiner tour activities, the operator might switch up the dates of tours in favor of which one is available on a certain day.
        • The itinerary serves as a general guide and is not final, as it may change due to low tide schedules, tour logistics, weather, tourist volume, and other external factors.
        • If your travel date falls on a peak holiday, expect adjustments in the itinerary and tour details. Joiners are expected to comply with any necessary changes.
        • Pregnant women and persons with disabilities are allowed to join this tour but must ensure that they are safe to travel and experience potential rough conditions (e.g. rainy weather, bumpy roads)
        • Tour rates are subject to change without prior notice. Should there be an adjustment in the tariffs set by the LGU, the tour operator reserve the right to adjust accordingly.
